Our primary area of work is in the restoration and/or renovation of period buildings.

Preserving and enhancing your property is a critical aspect of any project. Deciding what can be safely kept and what should be removed is the challenge and that is where professional advice is often needed.

We aim to use the best of traditional and contemporary materials and techniques to arrive at a solution we can be proud of, that we know will last and leave the building better than it was prior to treatment.

We use lime mortars and graded aggregates in most of our work to retain a traditional appearance as well as the original function of the structure- the correct Lime mortar will allow the structure to manage moisture effectively by allowing the masonry to 'breathe'

We thoroughly enjoy our work and take great pride in it from the early design/consultation stage right through to the final clean up and hand over to a happy client! We firmly believe in active liaison between client and builder- this is the best approach to ensuring the client gets what is required and the builder enhances his reputation (and gets paid!).
